
Erin ONeal Lesh

Erin Lesh is a seasoned educator driven by a passion for nurturing individuality and advocating for mental health awareness. With an MA in English Education from Appalachian State and North Carolina Teacher Licensure in Elementary Education from UNCA, she has dedicated over two decades to the field, including her role as a long-time adjunct instructor at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College. In addition to her professional work tailoring instruction for students with differing abilities, she has strongly advocated for her own children’s learning and behavioral challenges within the school system, deepening her understanding of inclusive and supportive education. Her volunteer involvement in the mental health community further reflects her commitment to creating environments where all individuals can thrive.
Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Erin has called WNC home for over 20 years. She lives here with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys running and reading, pursuits that fuel her personal growth and sense of balance.
