
Brittany Livengood
Brittany has a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University. She has lived in the Asheville area for 2 years. Brittany began volunteering with Special Education classes in high school, and has now been working with Adults with I/DD and I/DD community services for the last 7 years. She found her calling at a small community Adult Day program in college and after graduation traveled to Wilmington, NC to work as a Clinical Supervisor. From the coast of NC to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Brittany has found an interest in hunting down, exploring, and utilizing community and public resources offered in differing counties across the state. In her off time Brittany enjoys spending time with her spouse, reading, cooking, listening to live music, crafting, and being a part of her local community.
