As part of the Navigator Plus project and the Healthy Transitions Initiative, we are developing comprehensive toolkits to empower parents, youth, and community members in navigating systems that support individuals in living their best lives. While the Navigator Plus project focuses on select counties in Western North Carolina, much of the information is valuable no matter where you live, though local contacts may vary.
